Simulated X-ray patterns of polydisperse cubes given in number of scattering electrons, that is I(Q) in equation (7[link]) with ITh = 1. The patterns cover the SAXS region and the first diffraction peak in the WAXS region. Lognormal functions of 10 nm mode and standard deviations of σ ≤ 0.2 were used for weighting the monodisperse patterns in Fig. 1[link](b).
