A group–subgroup graph showing all the possible subgroup symmetries which can have a distorted structure with parent space group [Pm{\overline 3}m] (No. 221) as the result of a distortion according to the polar irrep [{\rm GM}_{4}^{-}] with k = (0, 0, 0). The different symmetries correspond to different order parameter directions within the three-dimensional irrep space.
