Different stages of the processing of an SAED pattern from austenitic chrome–nickel–molybdenum steel with the program RAPID for determining the matrix orientation. The calculated scaled spot pattern in Fig. 4[link](c) corresponds to a cubic F lattice with a = 3.704 Å and [112] orientation (see Section 5.1[link]).
