A 3D-RSM around the Cu(311) reflection, acquired using 8.0436 keV X-rays. The map is composed of 44 images with varying ω0 values, collected using a 100k detector with parameter vector P = [565 mm, 90°, ω0, 80.727°, 89.965, 0, 35°, 0, 0].
