Systematic collection and analysis of the beam parameters and SA-ECPs with increasing probe current. (a) The top row shows experimental SA-ECPs at indicated beam current that are low frequency filtered, cropped and post-processed in subsequent rows to get the [001] zone axis. 2D-FFT power spectra with the Hann window of this zone axis reveal the change in measurement of high-frequency information. (b) Correlation analysis comparing the experimental data with the dynamically simulated ECP. (c) Systematic analysis of the 2D-FFT signal-to-noise ratio using radial averaging with appropriate range selection as shown.
