Subunit A (green) forms a continuous saddle-like curved β-sheet with subunit B (yellow). The concave shaped β-sheet saddle constitutes the dimer–dimer interface, leaving a spacious channel. Subunits A and A′ (cyan) constitute the hormone binding site A, and subunits B and B′ (magenta) enclose binding site B.
