Helices of 14 amino acids or more are coded with a rainbow scheme to represent the LLG value of the rotation function characterizing each of the possible helices that can be fitted. Blue indicates a high LLG value and red a low one. Helices whose rotation was found in a search at full resolution (threshold, 75% of top) are represented as magenta sticks. The figure was prepared with Coot and PyMOL.
