The blue line represents the mean radial intensity for LCP medium as a function of 1/d (or resolution in Å on the second x axis). The green line represents the mean radial intensity for agarose as a function of 1/d. The error or fluctuation in the radial intensity is quantified using the mean absolute deviation for both media, which is shown as a transparent gray region.
