Phycocyanin structure. Simulated-annealing composite OMIT 2mFo − DFc electron-density map contoured at the 1.5σ level for the chromophore phycobilin inside its binding pocket. The map was built using 1.75 Å resolution XFEL data from PC crystals delivered in LCP.
