This factor is obtained from [1/(D - d_{\rm m}) \int _{d_{\rm m}}^{D} (1/d^3) \, \delta d/(1/D^3)], where dm is the mol­ecular diameter and D is the average distance between neighbouring molecules. For the calculation of D, the EHBA–CrV molecules were placed on grid points of a cubic lattice.
