(a) A salt bridge in ensemble member 90 in the structure of HIV hydrolase between GluA21 of the reference molecule and LysA43 of the symmetry-related molecule forms a cohesive interaction that is part of the crystal lattice. (b) In ensemble member 40 in the structure of HIV hydrolase, GluA21 of the reference molecule and LysA43 of the symmetry-related molecule contact by means of electrostatic interaction. (c) Salt bridge and van der Waals interactions in ensemble member 28. (d) In ensemble member 1 in the structure of HIV hydrolase GluA21 and LysA43sym are not located at a proximity to form a lattice contact.
