Example reconstructions based on experimental GISAXS data. Each row shows (from left to right) the set of GISAXS images, the transmission and reflectivity curves (model curves in blue/red; experimentally measured reflectivity in black), the reciprocal-space reconstruction [IR(Qz)], select linecuts through the reconstruction (reconstruction in purple, GTSAXS data in black) and the experimental GTSAXS image. The presented data are (a) a self-assembled phase of horizontally oriented cylinders that form a hexagonal lattice, (b) multilayered block-copolymer nanostructures and (c) an in-plane array of inorganic nano-dots.
