Relative B factors for the ribosome (top), β-galactosidase (centre) and γ-­secretase (bottom). The two sets of B factors share the same Dκ factors, making their relative vertical position meaningful. The observation that the B factors from the Bayesian polishing are higher than those from our MotionCor2 implementation suggest that Bayesian polishing models the motion more accurately.
