Observed PDFs (blue), modelled PDFs (red) and GIXRD (right plot) in 1 nm intervals up to 6 nm. Rw values in order of increasing thickness were 0.845, 0.489, 0.254, 0.206, 0.183 and 0.161, showing that above ∼3 nm the PDFs were well behaved.
