Structural comparison of anaerobic IPNS structures collected with RT serial fixed-target methods and under cryogenic conditions. The ACV and residues R87, S281 and the Fe are shown as balls and sticks. (b) Superimposition of the cryogenic (magenta, PDB entry 1bk0) and serial RT (cyan, PDB entry 6y0o, this study) IPNS:Fe:ACV complex structures. The comparison reveals no differences in the conformation of the ACV substrate, with minor differences in the position of the metal-coordinating water.
