Error bars in the measurement are plotted but are in practice smaller than the data points. The scatter in the points at higher temperatures can be attributed to grain growth in the sample, which is supported by the change in intensities in (a) at these temperatures. The fitted lattice parameters used to generate (b) are tabulated in the supporting information.
