The concentration of CYP was fixed at 3 µM. The decrease in the Soret peak (417 nm) was measured at 90 s intervals for 30 min. Optimization of H2O2 concentrations for in vitro papaverine N-oxidation by CYP105D18 (h). The reaction conditions were as follows: 3 µM CYP, 400 µM substrate and 5–800 mM H2O2. The means and standard deviations were obtained from three independent reactions with similar conditions.
