Measured distances as a function of the average diffraction weighted radiation dose. Distances are measured from the Cu atom to either the equatorial ligand or the axial water mol­ecule. In substrate-binding structures, no measurement is taken for the axial water, as it has been displaced by substrate. For LsAA9_A(Ec), the density for the equatorial water disappears com­pletely after the third dose structure. All distances are listed in Table S7.
