The Rg of tG as calcium binds and triggers a conformational change. Three different endpoints are also shown to demonstrate the aggregation of tG at longer time points that are typical for conventional equilibrium SAXS measurements. Fast load corresponds to a 5 min incubation and slow load corresponds to a 30 min incubation.
