The inset highlights the low-q (SAXS) region, where the shapes of the two curves are similar and yield similar Rg (21.9 ± 0.1 Å for AT DNA and 22.9 ± 0.1 Å for Mix DNA). At higher angles (q > 0.3 Å−1), WAXS profiles for AT DNA exhibit sharp periodic peaks between q values of 0.6–2.0 Å−1, whereas Mix DNA exhibits broader features in WAXS. |
