Crystal and spectroscopic data for SrNaPO₄.9H₂O and BaNaPO₄.9H₂O

Crystal data including X-ray powder diffraction data for SrNaPO₄.9H₂O and BaNaPO₄.9H₂O prepared by the gel method are reported. The materials are cubic with a= 10.561 (5) and a= 10.719 (5) Å respectively. The space group is either P2₁3 or P4₂32 and infrared and Raman spectroscopy data are presented which are consistent with the high symmetry of the compounds.
