A new algorithm for the slit height correction of a low-angle scattering curve has been suggested (an infinite slit). Its main advantage consists in the high speed of calculation and low memory requirements, which enables the correction to be carried out with a laboratory computer or a programmable calculator. The input curve is given by the table of data in arbitrary points.
