Crystal data for β-Ga₂Se₃

The structure of the ordered form of the partially ordered cubic: α-Ga₂Se₃ is based on a tetragonal, body-centred cell, with space group I4₁/acd, a = 23.235 (5), c = 10.828 (2) Å, Z = 48, D_m = 4.91 g cm⁻³ at 30°C. Diffractometer data up to θ ~ 80° from Cu Kα radiation are given for the β phase with nominal composition Ga₂Se_3.03.
