Détermination de l'intensité intégrée en step-scanning

A process giving the limits of a peak measured by the step-scan method is described. This calculation is based on the research of the minimum of a convolution of the intensity. It is found on theoretical peaks (Gaussian and Lorentzian) that this algorithm gives less unbiased estimation of the integrated intensity than the one described previously by Lehmann & Larsen [Acta Cryst. (1974), A30, 580-584].
