Profile refinement of multiple-wavelength neutron powder data

A modification of the Rietveld profile refinement algorithm is described for application to powder diffraction data as obtained with a multiple-wavelength incident beam. Application of the technique to data collected from nickel and NbH_0.73 powders is presented.
