Phasenumwandlungen und thermische Ausdehnung von Sr₃TeO₆, Ba₃TeO₆ und einigen ihrer Mischkristalle

Sr₃TeO₆, tetragonal, and Ba₃TeO₆, orthorhombic, which have cryolite-related structures, form tetragonal and cubic solid solutions. The tetragonal phases show highly anisotropic thermal expansion, which precedes phase transitions to cubic modifications between 370 and 670 K.
