Electron microscope study of superconductor YBa₂Cu₃O_6+δ

Electron microscopic observations of small single-crystal grains of YBa₂Cu₃O_6+δ confirmed the orthorhombic symmetry and revealed very fine domain structure with twin boundaries parallel to (110) crystallographic planes.
