The title compound, [WOCl(C₆H₁₂O₂)(C₆H₁₃O₂)], is a neutral complex in which the central tungsten(VI) cation is bonded to one chloro, one oxo, one diolato and one hydrogendiolato ligand resulting in a distorted octahedron around the W^VI atom. Adjacent complex molecules are linked into dimers by O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds.
