
The asymmetric unit of the title compound, [Sn(CH3)2(C6H12N3S)Cl]·C6H13N3S, contains two independent formula units. Each SnIV atom exists in a cis-trigonal–bipyramidal geometry. The Cl and imino N atoms occupy the axial sites.
