Phase decomposition in Al-Ag single crystals under slow tensile deformation has been examined by means of in-situ synchrotron-radiation small-angle scattering. Al-1.5at%Ag single crystals were deformed at various aging temperatures, where time-resolved 2-dimensional small-angle scattering measurements were performed. In spite of a very small rate of about 10-5/s, the growth rate of Guinier-Preston zones were reduced by deformation process. During the process, no clear anisotropy of the zones related to the shear deformation was found.
