Experimental observations of the fine structure of a bent-crystal rocking curve, made with a double-crystal diffractometer, are reported. This diffractometer has the usual parallel (n,-n) crystal position with a flat first collimator crystal and a second cylindrically bent crystal. A comparison is made of the measured and calculated rocking curves.
