Fluorescence spectrum obtained with a sample consisting of boron nitride covered partially with titanium powder excited by 500 eV X-rays. The FWHM energy resolution ranges from 9.6 eV for C K to 13.1 eV for Ti L. The electronic noise was 6.7 eV.
