Angle of incidence dependence of the principal reflectance spectra and the extinction ratio spectra calculated with the same multilayer structure as shown in Fig. 1[link]. The reflectance peak moves to higher photon energy as the angle of incidence increases. The extinction ratio is basically constant, regardless of the photon energy, although the values are strongly dependent on the angle of incidence.
