Glancing angle and squared reflectivity (reflection from two mirrors) as a function of fundamental photon energy to obtain third-harmonics rejection ratios of 10−4, 10−5 and 10−6. A surface roughness of 0.5 nm (r.m.s.) is assumed for reflectivity calculation.
