Crystal assemblies with cooling channels. (a) Top-plate crystal. On the back, arrays of pin-posts are fabricated using sand-blasting methods. (b) Designed geometrical parameters shown in Table 1[link] are realized except that the diameter of the pin-posts gradually changes from the top to the bottom. (c) Base-plate crystal. Parallel water-distribution slots are fabricated using ultrasonic machinery.
