(1) Thin silicon crystal with ribs on the back for preventing anticlastic curvature, firmly glued onto the holder; (2) U-shaped stainless-steel crystal holder which is curved, together with the crystal, by the bender which pushes aside the legs of the holder; (3) flexible part of the crystal holder allowing twist correction; (4) motorized jack acting on (3) for correcting the twist of the bent crystal.
