The sample holder with an Fe(100) `picture frame' crystal and the self-supporting Ta coils used for magnetization and heating. The outer dimensions of the crystal are 15 × 15 mm2. All four bars of the crystal are parallel to 〈100〉 directions, i.e. all surfaces are {100} surfaces. The stainless holder fits to the sample transfer mechanism and manipulator.
