Simulation of the fractional concentrations for the structural species in the PYP photocycle shown in Fig. 11[link] with different rate constants k1, k2 and k3 in Table 3[link]. We assume the initiation laser pulse follows a δ function, i.e. Δt = 0, laser power is infinity, and the total laser energy is sufficient to excite 70% of the PYP molecules.
