Diffraction spot from a protein crystal recorded during a sample rotation of 0.012°; the spot corresponds to a Bragg angle of 2θ = 2.2°, thus a resolution of 41.4 Å (in consideration of 8 keV beam energy), and is located close to the vertical layer (the rotation axis is located in the horizontal layer).
