Absolute photon flux measured at the end of the Canadian SGM beamline. The structure around 300 eV is due to the carbon contamination of the optical surfaces. The flux is normalized to a ring current of 100 mA and a 100 µm slit setting for both entrance and exit slits. Units of photon flux on the y-axis are photons s−1 (100 mA beam)−1 (100 µm × 100 µm)−1.
