The horizontal distribution of intensity in (a) is measured by the 432-element Ge detector with 1.4 ms sampling time, showing effects of noise and bad channels. The pixel width is 0.35 mm. The energy distribution of the beam is analyzed by a perfect Si(511) crystal, and the rocking curve along the crystal is shown in (b).
