(a) Energy-dispersive data collected on station 16.4. (b) Monochromatic data collected on station 6.2. The data range and angular resolution are far superior with the monochromatic data. The MPW6.2 data were collected 1/3 faster than the energy-dispersive data and each pattern has yielded refinable data.
