A series of XRF images obtained when the primary energy is scanned at around the Fe K-absorption edge. The view area is as shown in the optical microscope photograph in Fig. 1[link]. Strong diffraction lines were observed at the right-hand side of the images for 7128 and 7152 eV. The spots indicated by arrows are due to grains with the same orientation.
