Specular rod scans (q_z scans) at photon energies of 700 eV (below all relevant edges), 852.7 eV (at the Ni L₃ edge) and 900 eV (just below the Cu L₃ edge). The periods of the Kiessig fringes correspond to the layer thicknesses in reciprocal space.
