The region used for Rg determination, with an upper bound of q2, such that qmax = 1.3/Rg, and a lower bound of 66% of this value, is indicated by the heavy lines in each trace, while the rest of the data is indicated by thin lines. Note that, although most of the major peak Guinier plots (images 42 through 58) appear to exhibit slight upward curvature, they contain little if any aggregate as indicated by a steep peak near q = 0. The Guinier regions (heavy lines) are also clearly not parallel as they were in the case of the Guinier plots of cytochrome c, Fig. 4. |
