APD scan performed as in Fig. 7[link] but with an integration time of 0.2 s for each data point, and with the piezo voltage ramped down to its minimum value over a 1 h period starting at the beginning of this scan. 20 min elapsed between the end of the scan in Fig. 8[link] and the beginning of this one. (a) Entire normalized scan, (b) a region of this scan that shows periodic fringes, which were visible from 1785 to 3810 s.
