Calculated reflectivity plots of a bilayer consisting of 8 nm rhodium over 25 nm platinum (solid line) and for single layers of platinum (dashed line) and rhodium (dotted line) at 4.5 mrad grazing angle. The bilayer extends the energy-range cut-off beyond that for a simple rhodium mirror whilst reducing the effects of the platinum L absorption edges.
