Five single-crystal samples of (Mg,Fe)O loaded into the same diamond cell for equation-of-state studies in the 0.5 Mbar range. Numbers indicate the percent of Fe in each sample. Here we report the behaviour of Fe0.93O and Fe27. The X-ray spot size on the samples was approximately 6 µm × 20 µm (FWHM), allowing each crystal to be analysed individually. The gasket material is rhenium, and the culet size is 300 µm.
