Dependence of the BBO phase-matching angle on the wavelength of one of the input waves for sum-frequency mixing. The wavelength of the other input wave is fixed to 0.8 µm. Vertical arrows at 0.8 and 0.49 µm show, respectively, the second-harmonic generation from the Ti:sapphire laser and sum-frequency mixing with the Ar laser. A double arrow indicates the spectral range in the optical klystron radiation.
