The measured focal spot of our first 4 mrad capillary at the CHESS D station, with a FWHM of 18 µm and a maximum gain of 115 while checked with 10 µm pinhole scan, matches the calculated profile, which suggests a FWHM of 18 µm and maximum gain of 120 after 10 µm pinhole convolution (solid line), or maximum gain of 141 without convolution (dotted line).
